Our contact hours
We are available for you on working days from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. Should we not be able to respond to you within this time, we are currently working on a lot of requests at once and ask for your understanding. We promise that no message will be left unanswered.
We also take a break on public holidays and weekends.
Unser Team
Our qualified employees are ambassadors for 7DROPS; we see our customer care as a direct link to our customers and know how important it is. All employees have basic medical training and relevant qualifications such as training in the pharmaceutical sector, a pharmaceutical sales representative’s exam, or a degree in medicine or pharmacy.
In the internal academy, the colleagues are continuously trained in both technical and conversation skills.
